The Greens are currently considering law reform to create specific offenses of receiving harvested or trafficked organs within NSW or overseas. The consultation paper about this reform was released on 22 January 2013. We have decided to extend the consultation period until the 7 March 2013 to allow all of those who are interested to have a say. The consultation paper is available here.
