The Invasion Day Rally, organised by FIRE (Fighting In Resistance Equally) grassroots Indigenous activists, will meet at The Block in Redfern at 10am tomorrow morning and march to Yabun Festival in Victoria Park.
Invasion Day 2018 marks 230 years of dispossession and resistance. The focus of this year’s rally is deaths in custody and the ongoing stolen generation of Indigenous children.
Last year more than 10,000 people marched in solidarity with First Nations people.
